Junior Hockey (6 - 16yrs) 1 of 7

1. Overview

Promoting and developing junior hockey (for young people from 6yrs to 16 yrs) is an important part of the Club's activities.

We are the Braintree BLUE HORNETS, the junior part of BRAINTREE HOCKEY CLUB. We train from September to Easter with a break over Christmas. We carry out most of our training and matches at Felsted School.

The junior hockey programme coaching and match programme is managed by the Club's Junior Team, supported by a committed group of volunteer coaches, managers and helpers. Please feel free to offer to help to spread the workload.

Our MINIS section is for U8's -U12's and they train and play matches on Sunday mornings.
Our YOUTH section is for U14's-U16's and they train on a Thursday evening and play matches on a Sunday.
