The Ladies 3s are back from a fantastic weekend in Jersey, capping off the season with a great mix of hockey, team bonding, and coastal adventures.

Alongside a competitive game in tough heat, there was plenty of time for exploring the island, swimming in the sea, and enjoying some well-deserved food and drink.

A few of our younger players came along for the trip, gaining valuable experience both on and off the pitch — a great step forward for team development.

The tour was a great way to round off the season, with plenty of laughs and great memories.
