The Club was saddened to learn that John Summerfield has recently died. John joined the Club in the 1980`s and continued to play until about 2014. He was a very versatile player and fulfilled many roles on the field during his long career. In addition, he was a supporter of many social events often helping with their organisation. John leaves his widow Joan and two children Gail and Ean.

The latter of whom also played for the Club for several years.

The funeral service is at Weeley Crematorium on the 18th March at 11.00am
